Sullivan Field is undergoing a major renovation. A new 7 lane, green and
gold, Mondo track surface is being installed as well as complete state
of the art lighting. In addition, a beautiful brick sidewalk will be
installed from the ticket booth to the home bleachers. You can have a
personalized brick added to this walkway.

Rachel Harrison (Faires)
I have loved reading the bios, and getting to know some of you again.
Here is my attempt to share 20 years in a single page.
Senior Year: I missed out on all the fun I see in the yearbook and
photos posted. However, I had the opportunity of a lifetime to live and
travel in Europe with my Mom and stepfather. Ann Keller and I had a
really fun trip after graduation traveling Italy for a few weeks.
(looking back I cant believe our parents let us do that!)
College: University of Colorado at Boulder. I found in Europe that I
really loved art, and I ended up with majors in both Psychology and
studio art.
Jobs: I feel really lucky that for the past 10 years I have been
at home with my boys, always with a part time job on the side. Before
the boys I opened a preschool for a few years, had a small floral
business for a few years...restaurant manager for a few year...Just six
months ago I jumped into the corporate world and found a really great
position that I love in Denver for Herman Miller as a project
coordinator.
Marriage: Looking back I see how young I was when I fell in love
with Rich Harrison, a California surfer and architect student. I was 22,
and he was 25, however we knew right away it was right. Rich and I
married the summer of 1994, with Ann Keller as my Maid of Honor. Rich
has had a successful business as a designer and builder eventually
becoming an expert in water features. Rich is a loving husband and
father, funny, athletic and passionate about everything does and for his
family. As we all know marriage is not always easy, but I feel blessed
to live this life with my best friend and soul mate.
Kids: I never in a million years thought I would end up in a house
filled to the top with so much testosterone! (Any of you who came to my
quiet house with just my Mom and me understand) Alex was born in
September of 1996 and Bodhi in January of 1999. They are best friends
and often mistaken for twins because they do everything together. Rich
was a California skater in the 70s and 80s, so my boys had skateboards,
and snowboards before bikes. We have done some organized sports, but
they are really active on their own and like to skateboard, shoot hoops,
bike, motocross, and snowboard.
Me: We have been in the same house for 15 years (yikes), only a few
miles from my Mom and stepfather, who is in the late stages of
Alzheimers. My favorite part of the house that we have remodeled top to
bottom, is an art cottage in the back yard Rich built for me. I have
filled it up with art supplies and spend my personal time there
painting, collaging, scrapbooking, stamping, sewing and making cards. I
must say that I am not much of a housekeeper because I would much rather
be out there goofing off. Music has become a fun piece of my life
lately as well. I learned how to play guitar a few years ago and have
slowly been writing songs and performing, mostly at church. (They are a
very forgiving crowd) Nothing too exciting, but I am happy with who I
am and how my life has turned out, filled with love, and laughter and
just enough chaos to keep it interesting.
