Sullivan Field is undergoing a major renovation. A new 7 lane, green and
gold, Mondo track surface is being installed as well as complete state
of the art lighting. In addition, a beautiful brick sidewalk will be
installed from the ticket booth to the home bleachers. You can have a
personalized brick added to this walkway.

After high school, I went to UC Davis and go my bachelor's in
mechanical engineering. I then got my masters and Ph.D. in materials
science and engineering, also from UC Davis, while doing my research at
LANL. I started working at the lab in 1991 as a student, and was hired
on as a staff member in 1996. Despite all the change at the laboratory
in the past few years, I enjoy my job and the people I work with.
I met the love of my life, Dan, here in Los Alamos on a blind date!
Now we are married and have two boys, two dogs and one cat. Charlie is
3 1/4 years old and Matthew is 10 months old. Charlie loves cars, trains
and airplanes. He is having fun with gymnastics and swim lessons.
Matthew has two teeth, says "Dada" and "Uh-Oh", loves to follow his
older brother around, and chew on electrical cords. Nikki is a 7 year
old Alaskan Malamute and Indy is a 5 year old "Espanola Special". Pookie
is a 12 year old black furry naughty mischievous bundle.
One of my life long hobbies has been dog obedience training. Nikki
and I have traveled all over the Western United States to compete in dog
shows and obedience trials. I taught a 4-H dog obedience class for kids
for 7 years and occasionally I teach adult classes. Since the arrival of
our boys, I haven't been able to find the time to train and compete with
Nikki. I also enjoy running, biking, swimming, hiking and camping. I
have done seven marathons and this summer I am trying out triathlons. I
hope to see you all at the reunion.
