Sullivan Field Renovation Project 2006

Sullivan Field is undergoing a major renovation. A new 7 lane, green and gold, Mondo track surface is being installed as well as complete state of the art lighting. In addition, a beautiful brick sidewalk will be installed from the ticket booth to the home bleachers. You can have a personalized brick added to this walkway. Click here for more information.

It's hard to believe it has been 20 years since we graduated from LAHS! It has been a lot of fun finding out what everyone has done since graduation!

After high school I headed off to UNM. That February, my parents relocated to Raleigh, North Carolina. I went to NC that summer to work and decided to stay and transfer to North Carolina State in Raleigh. Go Wolfpack!! Moving to the southeast was like moving to a foreign country. I adapted though and really began to love NC. I met my husband Jason in the summer of 1989 through the college group at the church I was attending. We were married in 1991. After I graduated with a degree in finance, we moved Greenwood, South Carolina with Jason's job. I worked in banking until the birth of our first daughter Bailey in 1994. After Bailey was born I couldn't stand to go back to work and became a stay at home mom. We moved back to Greensboro, North Carolina in 1995 with my husband's job and have been here ever since. We were blessed with our second daughter, Kendall, in 1996, and our son Andrew was born in 1999.

I finally reentered the work force part time in December of 2005. I went back to work for a national builder in the accounts payables dept. After several months of that I decided that job wasn't for me and I began working this fall as a 4 yr old preschool teacher. I love it!

God has truly blessed my life with a great Christian husband and three healthy children. We stay very busy with all of our kids sports and activities, and we love to watch and support them. We are always at karate, basketball, baseball, girl scouts or some band activity. We are also very active at our church. Jason and I head up a children's ministry for K-12 grade. We live half way between the beach and the mountains and love to go to both when we can. Camping in the heat of NC summers is a lot different than camping in NM , but we enjoy it. My parents have retired on a lake about 2 hours from us, so we try and get to the lake as often as possible too.

I still have a sister in Espanola and try to get back to New Mexico every 2-3 years. I still miss the mountains of NM and consider it home. I look forward to seeing you all at the reunion!
