Sullivan Field is undergoing a major renovation. A new 7 lane, green and
gold, Mondo track surface is being installed as well as complete state
of the art lighting. In addition, a beautiful brick sidewalk will be
installed from the ticket booth to the home bleachers. You can have a
personalized brick added to this walkway.

Cassidy Brown
Okay, here goes.
Summer of 1987 I left Los Alamos and moved to Northern California to
go to school at Sonoma State University, graduated with a (very
practical) degree in Theater Arts. My last semester there I met a woman
from Santa Fe, fell in love, and then left for Graduate School in Kansas
City, Missouri (also in Acting). 3 years later, I moved back to
California, then to Santa Fe with my girlfriend. I did a lot of theater
and Improv Comedy there, drove a cab for a month, did a lot of temp work
and lived off of her good job until we split up (very good friends
still) in December of 1996. I moved back to the Bay Area, but returned
two years later to be the best man at her father's wedding!
Also that summer, I was working a summer camp, where I had been
working every summer since '88, and I got a visit from an old friend,
Rami, (who also had worked there), and the connection was electric. We
fell madly in love over the next 6 months, and then got married in
2002. You can view some good wedding photos at
www.familiafoltz.com/BI08_contents_page.htm (I swear, it is worth
the trip).
After doing a lot of random theatre teaching gigs and trying to break
into the San Francisco Bay Area theater scene for a few years, I got a
job in 2001 as Youth Program Director and Casting Director for The
Willows Theatre Company in Concord, CA (East of San Francisco) I have
continued to do lots of theater both there and at The Shotgun Players in
Berkeley until this past January, when I quit my good, steady,
full-time, salaried with benefits job at The Willows to pursue my acting
career more fully, joining the Actors Equity Union (which means less
work, but more money when I do work, plus Health Insurance if I work
enough), and freeing up my schedule to audition at more companies. So
far, it seems to be working out. I am doing a show at a pretty
prestigious theater in Berkeley this summer, which is preventing me from
coming to the reunion.
I am still doing a lot of work with my old companies as an
independent consultant and am very active in the Bay Area Theater
community, serving on committees and planning events. But most of all I
am enjoying the life of the hungry actor again, not having to sit in an
office all day and manage budgets and meet deadlines!
I still hang out with Jeff Martz whenever possible. He lives about 40
minutes away in Marin County. Believe it or not, we are still "best
friends". But he has to write his own damn bio!

me in the show "Noises Off"
